Did You Know?A voting certificate is required when there are multiple owners of a unit or a corporation owns the unit. It is signed by all owners of the unit and designates one of those owners to vote for the unit at membership meetings. This document is a part of the Associations’ official records. A Voting Certificate remains valid until the owners change the designated person or until the condominium is sold. The Association Secretary has the responsibility of maintaining a roster of “designated voters”.
