Did You Know?
Condominium associations must file an annual report each year with the Division of Corporations between January 1 and May 1. The current annual fee is $61.25. Reports filed after May 1 may be subject to a late fee. Any information you submit on an annual report will be made part of the public record. All information will be available on the Division of Corporations web site for public view. The Division of Corporations website is www.sunbiz.org.
