At least one meeting of the membership of the association is required each year, referred to as the annual meeting. The bylaws of the association determine the date and time of this meeting. The election of the board of directors occurs at the annual meeting. The annual meeting gives individual owners the opportunity to review the affairs of their association and provide suggestions or complaints.
